Visdenda Privacy Policy

Visdenda (formerly Selector) is a desktop application operated by an individual developer. It turns screenshots and local images into image-generation prompts. This policy explains what data is processed, where it goes, and how you control it.
Data we process
- Images and screenshots you actively select, only to generate the current prompt.
- Generated prompts, only when you enable local history. Original images are not stored in local history.
- AI service settings stored locally. API keys are encrypted using system secure storage and are not returned to the user interface.
- Optional OCR configuration. If you configure Baidu OCR credentials, the selected image is sent to Baidu OCR to recognize text.
How data is sent
After you select “Agree and continue” and start an analysis, the selected image is sent to your configured AI service. If Baidu OCR is enabled, the image is also sent to Baidu OCR. Third-party services process data under their own privacy policies; submit only content you are authorized to send.
Visdenda Cloud is not currently available, and Visdenda does not send images to its own servers by default.
Local storage and deletion
You can disable local history and clear your API key in Settings, and delete individual or all generated prompts in Local History.
Legal basis and contact
This policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Mandatory consumer-protection rules in your place of residence remain unaffected. For privacy questions, contact support@visdenda.com.
